Cultivate Skills

Herbalist Mentorship Community Program

Take your herbalism from the homestead to the community scale with mentorship, individual coaching, and a cohort work/service model that meets once monthly from March through October on Sunday afternoons.

As an educational nonprofit organization in our 10th year, it is our mission to share joyful, hands-on education and wellness through plant medicine while honoring all our herbal traditions. After 8 years of our successful Apprenticeship Program, we will be debuting a Mentorship Program in 2024 to leverage our robust networks of alumni and community partners. We foster community action to enhance equitable access to the abundance of seasonal, local plant medicine, to build resilience, and to promote the practice of the honorable harvest.

This introductory six-month learning experience focuses on learning the region’s native and locally grown plants throughout the growing season while learning to cultivate, harvest and produce a wide variety of high quality and delicious plant medicine to share with the local community. Woven throughout is a reverence for the natural world, honoring all of our herbal traditions, cultivating wellness sovereignty through promoting equitable and honorable access to plant medicine.
