Spoonful Herbals Annual Plant Sale & Swap on May 21st from 10:00am - 1:00pm
at our Rooted Heart Rising garden located at Rock Point in Burlington, VT


Celebrate the start of the growing season with this plant-centered gift of community sharing!


The sale is open to all, no plant donations necessary.
(cash, checks or credit accepted)

Free gift to all of a potted Sweetgrass while they last!

Spoonful will also have our herbal products for sale or pickup. 
Pre-order online by Thursday, May 19th and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive, or shop in-person.

Rain or Shine! Only in the event of downpours or thunderstorms, will this event be rescheduled. Tents will available for human comfort, but bring an umbrella for browsing in the rain with the plants. 

Since there's NO PARKING at Rock Point, you may drive in to drop off your plant donations or pick up your purchases, but will need to park on Institute Rd. or at BHS.  We’ll also be happy to help you out with your purchases as you leave.

Interested in bringing plants to swap?
We accept all varieties (medicinals, veggies, flowers, etc.) and sizes (perennial divisions, small and large, seedlings) in exchange for any and all that is available OR you may choose to gift your plants to our fundraiser or to one of our partnering community organizations. 

Bring your swaps/donations with you to the sale (drop-off begin at 9:30 am) OR you drop them off in advance, on Thursday, May 19th between 3:00 - 6:00 pm.

*Please, no non-native invasive plants (such as Gout Weed) or endangered wild plants (Ramps, Trillium, Bloodroot) unless you are saving them from destruction.*

Suggested donation scale of $4-20:
$4 for 3-4 inch pot
$4 for 4 pack
$6 for 6-pack
$8-10 for Med. perennials
$12-15 for Large perennials 
$20 for Elderberries 

This is a fundraising event! We are currently accepting donation requests from local LGBTQ2S and BIPOC and Social Justice groups to be recipients of various plants donated to the event.
